Murray Elementary School’s Morgan Workman is awarded Kentucky Reading Association’s 30 Under 30 Award

During the Murray Independent School District September Board of Education meeting, Morgan Workman, Murray Elementary School third grade teacher, was recognized as being selected by The Kentucky Reading Association as the 2024 “30 Under 30,” honoree.

Being named among this distinguished group reflects Workman’s relentless dedication, creativity, and passion for literacy. Her innovative teaching methods, unwavering perseverance, and deep commitment to nurturing a love of reading in students has set her apart as leaders in the field. This recognition is not just a testament to honorees’ hard work, but also to the profound impact they are making in the lives of countless young learners.

The Kentucky Reading Association is a regional affiliate of the International Literacy Association and works to be a voice for literacy in Kentucky.
