Murray, Ky., February 13, 2023-----The Murray Middle School (4-5) Academic Team finished second overall at the Governor's Cup District Competition at East Calloway Elementary, while the quick recall team finished first.
Individual results for students who will advance to the Regional competition (March 4, 2023) at Graves County Central Elementary: Laurel Johnson (first) in Mathematics and Social Studies; Chase Bilodeau (second) in Mathematics; Alden Pitman (fifth) in Science; Joshua Miller (third) in Social Studies; Devanshi Shastri (second) in Language Arts and (third) in Composition; Kenzie Bourke (fourth) in Language Arts; and Cooper Lattus (fifth) in Arts and Humanities.
